A female friend of mine just quit a few days ago. According to her, it's the male chauvinism at work. She mentioned that she never felt comfortable going out with the dudes for drinks, or whenever her MD made some inappropriate jokes. I don't know a lot of girls in finance - but for girls here on WSO do you also think there's too much male chauvinism in finance? How do you deal with it?
