When business applied IT outsourcing service, it helps them not only to reduce down internal IT operation cost but also to avoid business operation risk when internal IT staffs leave. For the reason, let business to get better development opportunity. Depend on these advantages, to choose IT outsourcing service in the company becomes more and more popularly.This thesis presents Futuris Automotive Company IT department current status and some IT daily operation problems, meanwhile, to do the problem research and reason analysis. It?s necessary to solve these problems via IT outsourcing. In this stage, to apply information technology outsourcing theory, BCG Matrix, SMART analytical method, SWOT analytical method and project management theory to get IT outsourcing solution. This solution includes company internal requirement collection, IT outsourcing type and scope confirmed, IT outsourcing supplier background integrated evaluation, IT outsourcing service quality evaluation, IT outsourcing service contract management and outsourcing risk management. It?s final to implement this IT outsourcing solution in the Futuris Automotive Company.The research result in this thesis helps Futuris Automotive Company to break through the bottleneck and to solve IT operation problems which will impact business normal running as well as to drive business to implement IT outsourcing solution and enhances core competiveness.
